Transporting lithium batteries, whether from one strain or another, involves very real risks, such as the spillage of corrosive liquid that can injure people or damage the environment, as well as the possibility of short-circuits that can cause fires. Transporting and storing these products is complex, as they cannot withstand cold (below 4°C) or heat (over 40°C). To minimize risks, certified packaging is required to protect batteries from temperature variations and turbulent shocks.
