Ultra Low Temperature Data Logger for Dry Ice Shipping

Dry ice, the solid form of carbon dioxide (CO₂), is a crucial cooling agent for shipping temperature-sensitive products like pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biologic, etc. Its extreme temperature of -78.5°C (-109.3°F) presents a unique set of challenges for temperature monitoring. Standard temperature data loggers are not designed for such cryogenic conditions. This is where a specialized Ultra Low Temperature Data Logger becomes indispensable.

Freshliance’s Atlas Log-IUT is an ultra low temperature data logger specially designed for dry ice. It is a battery-powered electronic device equipped with a sophisticated temperature sensor capable of measuring extreme cold at lowest -80℃. It can be placed with products in dry ice environment directly. To ensure the accuracy (±0.5℃ at full scale) and stability during the monitoring, it has a built-in traceable calibration certificate from instruments approved by ISO 17025 accredited lab. The battery can last Max. 90 days at ultra low temperature environment to support the continuous monitoring in whole journey.

In additional to the reliability of Atlas Log-IUT dry ice temperature data loggers, it is easy to operate, too. The logger can be configured with our free configuration software and directly connected to a PC to automatically generate an encrypted PDF/CSV report with summary data and charts after a shipping trip. Meanwhile, it is designed as disposable for single trip to save cost.

The ultra low temperature data logger Atlas Log-IUT from Freshliance provides the verifiable data needed to guarantee product safety, meet stringent global regulations, and build a more reliable and efficient supply chain in dry ice shipping.
