Once configured and combined with the gateway, Bluetooth temperature sensors reliably deliver round-the-clock temperature and humidity monitoring inside walk-in chillers. While the built-in sensors measures data over -30℃~+70℃ and 0~100%RH, up to two external probes are optional, which can be flexibly positioned in packaging boxes, cargo stacks or other hard-to-reach areas, enabling more accurate measurement across complex storage environments. Then the matched G1000-S Bluetooth Gateway automatically collects all captured data and transfer it to Freshliance cloud in real time via WiFi or 4G network. In cases of network disconnection, each sensor can locally store up to 20,000 readings per probe. And all cached data will be automatically uploaded to the cloud once the network resumes, ensuring zero loss of chiller temperature and humidity history.

The sensors, powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, support continuous operation while charging, eliminating downtime caused by frequent battery replacement in daily chiller management. The gateway is also equipped with a rechargeable battery (4000mah/8000mAh) for extended reliable performance.
Each Bluetooth Gateway can connect to maximum 30 Bluetooth temperature sensors. All environmental data is accessible via mobiles and computers remotely anytime anywhere, along with flexible data export, filtering and processing, as well as regular scheduled email report delivery. Real-time alerts via email, SMS and APP push keep operators informed of abnormal chiller temperature fluctuations, with customizable alert time ranges to prevent unnecessary off-hours notifications.
