Introduction
In this real-time data monitoring solution, G2000-S Gateway and LoRa sensors are combined together to build up an ultimate solution for reliable, long-range environmental monitoring of temperature, humidity and gas like ethylene(C2H4), ammonia(NH3), carbon dioxide(CO2), oxygen(O2). The gateway effortlessly receives data from its sensors and transmits the data directly to Freshliance Cloud via 4G, WiFi or LAN network accordingly. It enables real-time insight of data across vast areas via the mobile APP and cloud platform, and instant notifications if any alarm data.
Features
Long range, deep penetration
In this solution, the gateway and its sensors communicate with LoRa network, featuring a long communication range of up to 400m in open air and excellent penetration through walls, floors, and dense materials. A single gateway can support up to 50 sensors, dramatically reducing the cost per monitored point.
Real-time monitoring & alerts
All temperature and humidity data are automatically uploaded to Freshliance Cloud and traceable in real time via the cloud platform or mobile APP. Alarm notifications will be instantly sent via SMS, Email, APP Push for critical conditions beyond the preset high/low thresholds, preventing spoilage, damage, or compliance issues.
Robust, uninterrupted data delivery to the Cloud
G2000-S is provided in dual network paths: 4G&LAN or WiFi&LAN. It ensures continuous data flow to the Cloud for data analysis, reporting, and audit trails. If 4G or WiFi connection fails, the gateway will instantly switch to the LAN connection, and vice versa, ensuring zero service disruption.
Besides, the sensors constantly record and store data in case of network failure, and re-upload them to the Cloud immediately after network recovery, guaranteeing data integrity and reliability.
Automated data processing and download
Both the cloud platform and mobile APP provide real-time data visualization in both graphical and tabular formats. Users can export PDF/CSV reports anytime anywhere, including extreme value reports by hour, day, week or month. To further simplify data access, scheduled reports can also be automatically delivered via email.
Multi-level administration access and API service optional
Multi-level administration enables configurable role-based access control for group devices, ensuring efficient team collaboration while preventing authorized system changes and data disclosure.
API service is also optional, allowing seamless data transfer to your own platform or dashboards.
