Unlike the previous temperature data loggers with USB port that can be plugged into the computer to automatically generate PDF or CSV reports, Single Use Temperature Indicator with LCD Display mainly sends alarms by monitoring the temperature. When the surrounding temperature exceeds the pre-setting temperature, the red light will flash to give an alarm, and √ ( which means normal) in the upper left corner of the screen will also change into × to remind temperature change. And the alarm is irreversible and permanent. This product is mainly developed for the pharmaceuticals industry, but it can also be used for temperature monitoring of fruits, vegetables and produce.

• Clear and direct to view data on screen

  The indicator with user-friendly LCD display, you can clearly and directly view all kinds of data on the screen. Only by simply pressing the button, you can view the maximum, minimum and average values of the temperature. And you can also view the current temperature value, alarm duration and alarm status at any time.

• Four alarm points are available

  After power on, press the button gently, and the four levels of alarm points 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be continuously displayed on the screen. There are four labels at the bottom of the product, and the serial numbers on each label for traceability. You can select and set appropriate alarm points according to your requirements.  

• Cost-effective indicator with longer working days

  The single-use indicator is cost-effective, up to 180 working days, and with shelf life of 18 months. The accuracy of temperature monitoring is within ± 0.5 ℃, and the default start delay is 10 minutes.

• Small size and easy to place

  The indicator is small, thin and light. When transporting some temperature sensitive products, it can be directly stuck on the product package, which is very convenient. The lightweight design of the indicator makes it an ideal choice for logistics.

• Easy to operate and configure

  You can configure and operate the indicator according to your own requirements. The temperature range that the indicator can monitor is - 30 ℃ to 70 ℃, so you can set the temperature of the alarm based on the temperature requirements of the goods shipping. When the temperature lower or higher than the pre-setting temperature, the red light will flash to give an alarm, and the alarm is irrevocable and permanent.
