Freshliance API Service Introduction

Generally speaking, an API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of rules and tools that enable different software applications to communicate and exchange data with one another. It acts as a bridge between software, allowing them to interact and share functionality. Many enterprises already have their software systems, but lack the hardware to collect real-world environmental data such as temperature, humidity, and location. Freshliance bridges this gap.

Freshliance Tracker series temperature and humidity data logger are fully compatible with the API service. With real-time monitoring of:

  • Protocol style: HTTPS

  • Data Format: JSON

  • Charset: UTF-8

  • Request Methods: POST

  • Authentication: AppID + Signature (Sign)


Security: Data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Each request is authenticated using a secure signature mechanism to prevent unauthorized access. API permissions are dynamically allocated to control which interfaces can be accessed.

Stability: The API ensures reliable performance through per-second rate limiting, helping to maintain consistent service under typical enterprise usage scenarios.
