IRON TAG 1 high-temperature data logger is engineered with rugged S316 stainless steel case and IP68 protection rating to fit the extremely harsh environment of cooking. It takes a measuring range of -40℃~125℃and can be placed inside hotdogs (inside the casing) when they are cooked, tolerating the cooking temperatures up to 125℃and accurately recording data as configured.
With the integrated USB interface, this rugged temperature data logger can be directly inserted to a computer and automatically generate data reports on PC. It also allows cooks to download temporary reports during cooking, directly getting and analyzing the temperatures at different cooking phases.
