The Fresh Tag 1 USB temperature logger is a disposable monitor from Freshliance, featuring a measuring range of -30℃ to 70℃ (±0.5℃ F.S.). It ensures zero failures and no data loss, fully meeting the requirements of chocolate transport temperature monitoring. Prior to delivery, parameters such as recording interval, start delay, and alarm points are pre-programmed according to customer needs, and the device undergoes strict calibration.
Compact in size 67mm*27mm*5mm, it is compatible with various chocolate packaging dimensions. This USB temperature data logger is engineered with a shelf life of three years and can be easily activated by pressing the button. It automatically records data. When there is no alarm, the green light flashes every 30 seconds; when an alarm occurs, the red light flashes every 30 seconds. The alarm status is irreversible and data records cannot be altered, complying with FDA requirements.
Upon arrival of the goods, insert the device into a computer via its integrated USB interface. PDF/CSV/PDF&CSV reports will be automatically generated, no extra software required. These reports clearly display temperature changes and alarm conditions during the trip, facilitating quick goods acceptance by the consignee.
The transport USB temperature logger is available in different working duration options, up to 300 days at maximum, fully meeting short or long distance transportation.
