Introduction

IRON TAG 100 is a precise rugged temperature data logger recorder ideal for temperature mapping of autoclave sterilization and other extreme environments. The autoclave sterilization temperature data logger comes with a rugged and submersible enclosure made of S316 food-grade stainless steel and can be directly placed in the temperature as high as 150℃. The PDF temperature data logger is configurable and data is provided in graphic and tubular format, convenient for further analysis.

This high protection temperature data logger is constructed with S316 stainless steel housing and tightly sealed with high-performance rubber O-rings, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, impact protection, and long-term reliability in high-temperature, high-pressure, or chemically aggressive environments. IP68 rating supports it for full liquid immersion.

Built-in real-time clock for precise time of each record

This rugged temperature data sensor is equipped with a real-time clock to maintain uninterrupted timekeeping and eliminate timestamp errors.

Fast and accurate data acquisition with minimal maintenance

This liquid temperature data logger measures temperature with a high accuracy of up to ±0.3℃ in specified zones and could work for up to two years on a single battery. Maintenance-free design ensures long-term operation without calibration or other maintenance, reducing downtime. 

Simplified setup and data retrieval on PC via Type-C connection

This USB PDF temperature data logger is easy to configure and use. Temperature reports could be automatically exported on PC via Type-C connection. Temporary report is available.

ILAC traceable calibration

Before delivery, Freshliance will conduct strict calibration for all devices with the instruments that are calibrated by CNAS and ISO17025 accredited laboratories, and traceable to NIST according to Multi-Recognition Agreement.

Alarm settings

This rugged temperature data recorder is designed with two user-configurable alarm thresholds (high alarm and low alarm). If the thresholds are exceeded, LED indicator of this logger will flash red, helping the user to find the potential risks and take precautions. And the alarm data will be marked strikingly in data report, enabling the user to quickly learn more of the measurement results.
