Introduction
Iron Tag 200 is a rugged temperature data logger with an external pointed probe for extreme environment monitoring. The waterproof temperature logger is housed in a 316 stainless steel case to protect it from corrosion in water and silicone oil, etc. The rugged temperature sensor is configurable before start and instantly responses to temperature changes in data monitoring. The professional temperature data logger works well for a long-term precise temperature mapping. Graphic and tabular data is reported after connecting it to a computer via the USB port.

Features
Faster response with external probe
The integrated pointed external probe (stainless steel tip) achieves rapid response for dynamic temperature mapping. It ensures precise tracking of fast-changing environments.
316 stainless steel case, rugged and submersible
With a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel case, this rugged temperature data logger ensures exceptional ruggedness for harsh environments. Its submersible design guarantees reliable performance in wet or humid conditions and even in full immersion in alcohol-based or silicone oil-based applications, etc.
Easy to program and download
This rugged temperature sensor comes with standard USB Type-C port. With the Type-C port, the user could easily connect it to a PC for parameters configuration before start. And data report can also be automatically exported on PC via the user-friendly interface. Temporary report is available too.
Reliable and accurate temperature mapping
This professional temperature data logger is available in three versions, covering a wide temperature range from -90°C to +150°C, with a high accuracy up to ±0.3℃ in specified zones. It delivers reliable data for critical applications like temperature validation, mapping, or compliance reporting.
Device calibration
Freshliance has professional calibration instruments and conduct strict calibration for all devices before their delivery. All calibration instruments are calibrated by CNAS and ISO17025 accredited laboratories, and traceable to NIST according to Multi-Recognition Agreement.
Applications
This rugged temperature data logger with rigid external probe is widely used in autoclave validation and mapping, food processing, pasteurization, silicone oil distillation or hard-to-reach places, etc.

Freshliance Tools
Freshliance Tools is a PC software designed for easy configuration, data retrieval, and analysis of Freshliance USB data loggers. Once a logger is connected via USB, the software automatically detects the device and displays key information such as device ID, battery level, logging interval, device status and start mode. Users can view temperature and humidity trends in interactive graphs, access detailed data logs, and get statistics including max/min/average values and MKT.
The software supports flexible report export in PDF, CSV, TXT or PNG format across multiple languages, and allows full configuration of logging parameters, alarm thresholds, time zones, and report settings. The software also supports data comparison of multiple devices on a same chart, allowing users to easily identify discrepancies and analyze performance across different loggers.
