Rugged Temperature Data Logger for Double-layer Water Bath Sterilizer
Double-layer water bath sterilizers are widely used for sterilization of a variety of products due to their uniform and gentle sterilization characteristics, mainly including canned food, soft-packaged food, liquid food, dairy products and other foods. In the sterilization operation of double-layer water bath autoclaves for CPP pouches, temperature recorders play an important role. The rugged temperature data logger is used to monitor the temperature and confirm that different positions in the autoclave are kept at 121℃ for 30 minutes. The actual temperature is detected to be consistent with the set temperature of the equipment to avoid excessive deviation between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature.
IRON TAG 1 Rugged Temperature Data Logger is suitable for verifying retort sterilization of CPP pouches at 121°C for 30 minutes. Housed in S316 stainless steel, it resists corrosion and withstands high pressure, while its IP68 rating ensures reliability in water-immersed sterilization. It captures precise data at a high accuracy of ± 0.5℃. It stores up to 35,000 readings and data is reported graphically and in table format, with summary analysis. The high-temperature data logger is also tested by the instruments that are calibrated by CNAS and ISO17025 accredited laboratories, and traceable to NIST according to Multi-Recognition Agreement.
