Wireless Concrete Temperature Monitoring
Temperature monitoring is critical for concrete pouring and curing. Cement hydration releases heat, and the internal temperature may be significantly higher than the surface temperature. Reliable temperature data helps take proper measures, prevent thermal cracking and ensure the structural integrity of the concrete. Are you seeking a reliable wireless concrete sensor to address the challenges in concrete construction such as high-rise and bridge projects? Here comes Freshliance BlueTag TH10R Bluetooth temperature data logger.

BlueTag TH10R is well suited for wireless concrete temperature monitoring. The wireless concrete sensor is one of our Bluetooth data loggers for temperature and humidity monitoring. The measuring range of its built-in sensor is -30℃~70℃ and 0~100%RH. It supports to connect with Max. 2 external probes for wider temperature range of -30℃~70℃/-40℃~+85℃/-90℃~+200℃. The external probes can be inserted in cement pastes to get the core temperature.

Through our mobile APP, it is easy to check real-time and historical data via Bluetooth connectivity. All timestamped data is displayed in intuitive charts and curves, and can be filtered by time range and alarm status, helping you promptly identify abnormal temperature spikes and thermal gradients. CSV/PDF reports are accessible via the APP too.

The data read by one user can also be automatically uploaded to cloud and synchronized to multiple users. This enables all construction team members to timely get the data once anyone reads data via Bluetooth on the construction site, convenient for team collaboration and efficient progress management.
Concrete is a poor conductor of heat. The hydration heat causes the internal temperature to be high while the surface cools down rapidly, resulting in a lower temperature overall. To check temperature uniformity and timely find abnormal temperature gradients, you can deploy multiple loggers across the construction site and insert their external sensors at different depths. With Bluetooth connectivity, you can get data from all distributed sensors and tap the Comparison button to perform multi-point data comparison, quickly identifying temperature variations across different depths and locations to ensure uniform curing.
This wireless concrete sensor also comes with a calibration certificate to meet stringent project acceptance and quality assessment requirements.
