Wireless Temperature Monitoring for Glass Reactors
Glass reactors are specialized vessels used in laboratories and pilot plants to perform controlled chemical reactions, mixing, and distillations. Accurate temperature measurement is critical for chemical reaction safety and product purity and yield. It prevents localized overheating that could lead to side reactions or material overflow, avoids thermal stress-induced glass cracking, and provides reliable data support for process scale-up. To address these challenges, Freshliance now provides you Coeus Mini real-time data sensor, delivering reliable and accurate temperature monitoring for glass reactors continuously.

Equipped with an optional external probe for -90℃~200℃, Coeus Mini real-time data sensor is ideal for glass reactor applications, where typical operating temperature ranges from -80℃ to 200℃. The external probe features a highly flexible, waterproof silicone cable in lengths from 2m to 20m, resistance to high temperature and compatible with glass reactors of various sizes. The probe can be easily installed through the reactor temperature port and accordingly immersed into the liquid mixture or inserted into the glass thermowell with the tip fully submerged, ensuring that the reading accurately reflects the actual material temperature.

This wireless temperature monitoring system supports flexible 4G/WiFi/LAN options to adapt to diverse applications. It automatically transfers all timestamped, tamper-proof readings to Freshliance Cloud, with comprehensive data analysis, processing and filtering, like dynamic charts, statistical summaries (max/min/avg), and MKT calculations. With a mobile phone or computer, reactor operators and engineers get a real-time insight of the material temperature inside the reactor, jacket circulation fluid temperature, and instantaneous temperature difference.

Glass reactor processes can last from minutes to 24-72 hours or more. With USB-Type C as the main power supply, Coeus Mini wireless temperature sensor ensures uninterrupted monitoring throughout even the longest runs, and the backup batteries (3×AA ) can run up to one month at a 10-minute uploading interval, comfortably covering the full duration of any typical glass reactor operation.
This glass reactor sensor for real-time monitoring also supports real-time alarm notifications via SMS, email and APP pushes. The alarm notifications enable reactor engineers and operators to respond promptly, preventing thermal shock-induced cracking of high borosilicate glass and other risks.
Designed for wireless temperature monitoring for glass reactors, Coeus Mini real-time data sensor brings the high accuracy of ±0.3℃ (-40℃~+100℃) and ±0.5℃ (-80℃~-40℃/+100℃~+150℃). Along with 4G/WiFi/LAN flexibility and uninterrupted data logging, it ensures precise reaction control and process validation.
