Introduction
In this solution, G2000-S Gateway and LoRa temperature and humidity data loggers are combined together to build up an ultimate solution for reliable, long-range temperature and humidity monitoring in real time without complex infrastructure. The gateway effortlessly receives data from its sensors and transmits the data directly to Freshliance Cloud via 4G, WiFi or LAN network accordingly. It enables you to easily track temperature and humidity across vast areas via the mobile APP and computer platform, and can get instant notifications if any alarm data.
Features
Long range, deep penetration
In this solution, the gateway and its sensors communicate with LoRa network, featuring a long communication range of up to 400m in open air and excellent penetration through walls, floors, and dense materials. A single gateway can support up to 50 sensors, dramatically reducing the cost per monitored point.
Real-time monitoring & alerts
All temperature and humidity data are automatically uploaded to Freshliance Cloud and traceable in real time via the web dashboard or mobile APP. Alarm notifications will be instantly sent via SMS, Email, APP Push for critical conditions beyond the preset high/low thresholds, preventing spoilage, damage, or compliance issues.
Robust, uninterrupted data delivery to the Cloud
G2000-S is provided in dual network paths: 4G&LAN or WiFi&LAN. It ensures continuous data flow to the Cloud for data analysis, reporting, and audit trails. If 4G or WiFi connection fails, the gateway will instantly switch to the LAN connection, and vice versa, ensuring zero service disruption.
Besides, the sensors constantly record and store temperature and humidity readings in case of network failure, and re-upload them to the Cloud immediately after network recovery, guaranteeing data integrity and reliability.
Data report with maximum, minimum and average values
Both the computer platform and mobile APP provide graphical and tabular data displays online, and allow users to export PDF/CSV reports anytime anywhere, as well as export maximum, minimum and average temperature and humidity values by hour, day or week.
Multi-level administration access optional
If needed, users can apply for an account for multi-level administration. It features configurable role-based access control for group devices. The administrator can define user roles and assign role-based permissions, including full device/data control, restricted device management and alarm management, etc. This guarantees efficient team collaboration while preventing authorized system changes and data disclosure.
