0-faults Feedback Disposable Temperature Data Logger for Meat Shipment
Meat products, such as frozen meat, ham, meatballs, need to be transported at -18 degrees Celsius. At a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius, the growth and reproduction of most microorganisms are effectively inhibited, and the crystallization rate of water in food can be slowed down, thereby maintaining the taste and nutritional content of food. A proper temperature recorder is required for recording the temperature of the product at preset alarms, logging interval and start delay, etc., and using the exported reports to retain and analyze the temperature changes and stability of products during transportation.
Our model Fresh Tag 1 is a single use temperature data logger with 0-faults feedback from 10 million pieces all over the world. It features a high accuracy of±0.5℃ over the range from -30℃ to 70℃. Shelf life of this data logger is 3 years, better to ensure its work performance. This logger is protected by a food-grade packing bag, which can be directly contacted with drugs, food and other products. And the packing bag conforms to the protection standard of IP67, for high waterproof and dustproof performance. At destination, users can download the PDF/CSV report by plugging the logger to USB port, without any software. For this model, customer can choose different recording days by 7, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 or even 240 days to meet the special needs of various applications.
