As a 4G temperature monitoring solution for tank containers, Fresh Tracker 20 comes with an optional external probe for -30℃~+70℃/-90℃~+200℃/-196℃~+200℃ to withstand the most extreme transport conditions. The external probe can be mounted tightly against the outer wall of the tank or inside the insulation layer, to ensure accurate and stable temperature readings at a high accuracy of ±0.5℃ or higher.
With the slim design of 89mm*59mm*21mm, the main unit can be easily deployed. The integrated 4G SIM card supports real-time data upload to Freshliance cloud and ensures reliable, real-time temperature visibility via mobile APP and cloud platform anytime anywhere. In case of network failure, offline data will be automatically cached on the on-board memory (Max. 30,000 readings each probe), and re-uploaded after network recovery. Data is recorded in full and time-stamped, satisfying FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and related logistics compliance standards.
When any data goes out of range, real-time SMS, email and APP push notifications will be sent, ensuring immediate actions and secure tank temperature monitoring in transit.
This tank container monitoring solution also delivers real-time geolocation mapping via LBS/GPS positioning technology, along with optional geofencing, ensuring complete location visibility and proactive route management throughout the journey.
Powered by a rechargeable & replaceable lithium battery, the device can run for Max. 120 days at the uploading interval of 60 min on each full charge. Extended battery life keeps the device running reliably throughout long-haul shipments with minimal intervention.
