Medical Sterilization Temperature Data Logger with Automatic F0 Calculation
For medical and pharmaceutical facilities, precise medical sterilization temperature monitoring is non-negotiable. Autoclave cycles must deliver consistent thermal lethality to eliminate pathogens, while fully traceable temperature records satisfy GMP, 21 CFR, HACCP and EN12830 compliance. To quantify sterilization efficacy, we need a robust sterilization data logger to capture full thermal profiles and auto-calculate critical F0 value. Freshliance Iron Tag 100 stands out as a premium high temperature data logger that accurately calculates cumulative F₀ values—the equivalent sterilization time at 121.1°C—by evaluating the complete temperature profile throughout heating, holding, and cooling phases.

This high temperature data logger covers a temperature range of -50℃~150℃, supporting various medical sterilization processes such as 121.1℃ steam sterilization and 134℃ high-temperature cycles. Featuring a food-grade 316 stainless steel housing and IP68 rating, it can be directly placed in autoclaves, sterilization chambers and storage areas to reliably monitor critical temperatures and ensure complete traceability of sterilization processes.

To match the requirements of each recording cycle, connect the sterilization data logger to a computer via the Type-C port and then freely configure all parameters via our dedicated software before. The logging interval is configurable down to minutes or even seconds, and the ±0.3°C high accuracy within -40°C~100°C delivers error-free readings for reliable F0 lethality metrics.
The device stores up to 35,000 readings, and every reading is timestamped and tamper-proof. After a sterilization cycle, the simple Type-C connectivity enables automatic PDF and CSV reports on PC, with an automatically calculated F0 value that tells you instantly whether the load met your sterilization criteria—so you can release or reject with confidence.
